Why should my ministry have a website?
In today's world four out of five people go online when they are searching for anything. Most people do not rely on phonebooks, newspapers, or other individuals when trying to find places of business or churches. They generally go to online search engines. Chances are if you are not online you are losing opportunities to reach more people than you can imagine. Let them know where you are!

Who is Apostolic Vision Design Services?
ApostolicVision Design Services was started in 2004 by an apostolic minister and designer who noticed not many apostolic churches had websites.
ApostolicVision Design Services is owned by CM digital media and maintained by apostolic believers, and as such, cannot accept projects that are contrary to the values and biblical standards of the apostolic faith.
Therefore, every customer's proposal is subject to approval by the ApostolicVision Design Services management (CM digital media).
We primarily design for churches, ministries, musicians, and occasionally for apostolic business leaders. However, as long as a proposed site is not judged morally questionable, the team will be happy to consider it for creation in a timely and efficient manner.
Because of the nature of ApostolicVision Design Services, the creative team has opted to donate 10% of all profits to as a company tithe to various ministries and charitable organizations

What do you offer?
We offer custom web design, graphic design, logo design, banner design, hosting, and other specialized services. Some may require additional fees, but if you tell us exactly what you need when you contact us, we will do our best to give you as accurate of quote as possible.

Who pays for domains or hosting?
There are two options for this: Either your ministry pays for the domains and hosting, or if you prefer a sub-domain on one our hosts, that is available for an additional fee unless you purchase a package deal. If you provide your own hosting and domain we are not responsible for downtime or making sure the hosting is paid for.

How can you afford to be as inexpensive as you are? I have seen other designers who charge so much more?
We have noticed over the last couple of years that many apostolic and pentecostal ministries have no presence on the internet, and as society becomes more dependant on this medium, we feel it is vital to reach the people where they are.
The ApostolicVision Design Services team was created in order to satisfy the need to present the Apostolic message in a more accessible manner. We realize that not all churches can afford to pay a huge amount and so we decided to offer our services so that every church can afford to be online.

Will my site look the same as everyone else's?
While from time to time we may rely on other sites for design inspiration, we do not as a habit use templates, design schemes, or copy other sites. That is both unethical and unoriginal. We want your ministry to stand out in a crowd and so your site is designed based on your ideas and wishes.

How do I qualify for the free webpage?
We are currently offering a free one page website for verified apostolic or pentecostal churches that have (25) twenty-five, or less members. We believe having a online presence can make or break a ministry and so for those who are just starting out, we offer a FREE hosted 'webpage' on one of our subdomins. When your ministry exceeds 25 members, we ask that you inform us, and we can discuss options for upgrades in your site, or pay an annual fee of $69 to keep the page as is with no interruption in service.

What do I get for the $249 per year package? And what do I get for $69 per month?
The $249 package includes Home Page, Contact with Locations Page and your choice of About Us, or a Photo Page with up to ten photos supplied by you. It will be hosted as a sub-domain on one of our domains unless you provide your own hosting and domain.
$69 per month subscription is for 5 pages which includes the same as above but two more pages of your choice.
Custom work, logos, other options available for additional fees.

What if I want a custom design or logo? Is that possible?
Yes. These services are available, but will not be included in any package deal we offer so the fees will be figured seperately. We will discuss it with you when we first contact you about your site or project.

How do we pay?
We will send you a bill from our parent company, CM digital media by email and will be paid using PayPal. All custom work is billed prior to creation, and we require 2/3 of the quoted price in advance. Because this work is based on your ideas you are paying for our time, and so there will be no refunds of this amount. The remainder is due prior to upload. For package deals full payment is due in advance. Subscriptions require the first two months in advance and the remainder over the next ten months of the year. Late payments on subscriptions will assess additional fees and if continual delinquency occurs will cause your site to be removed and payment in full will be required after ten days grace period. Reinstatement will cost additional fees.

What if I want to upgrade my site to a larger one?
We would welcome the opportunity to increase your site visibility and size as your ministry grows. We can either create a brand new site from scratch or we can add additional pages to your site for an additional fee. Just let us know.
